In order to comprehensively promote administration according to law and strengthen the construction of organs under the rule of law, according to the measures for the administration of administrative normative documents of Zhejiang Province (Decree No. 275 of the provincial government), the provincial development and Reform Commission specially cleaned up the normative documents formulated from 2002 to 2010. After being studied and approved at the 5th executive meeting of the CPC Central Committee in 2017, 62 documents were abolished and 45 documents were retained.
