In the past few years, with the improvement of semiconductor light-emitting technology and the decreasing cost, the LED lighting industry was bustling for a time. In addition to the subsidies of national policies and the lack of industry standards and norms, a considerable number of manufacturers recklessly invested low-quality LED products in the lighting market in an attempt to make quick money, let alone compete for seats in the international lighting market, It has also made the domestic market a mess. By 2015, a series of industry standards have been implemented successively, bringing a trace of order to the chaotic lighting market.

Policy interpretation of LED lighting industry and energy efficiency leader system

On December 31, 2014, the national development and Reform Commission, together with the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the State Administration of energy, the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, the industry standards Commission and other seven units, officially released the implementation plan of the "leader" system of energy efficiency (fghz [2014] No. 3001, hereinafter referred to as the plan). The introduction of the plan will continue to improve the energy efficiency of China's energy products and ensure the implementation of various task indicators of China's energy conservation and emission reduction. The implementation of the energy efficiency "leader" system is of great significance to enhance the driving force of energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole society, promote the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry, save energy and resources and protect the environment. The establishment of an energy efficiency "leader" system will help to form a long-term mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of energy efficiency in end-user products, high energy consuming industries and public institutions, and promote energy conservation and emission reduction. Now, it plays a positive role in promoting.

New power of LED lighting transformation in green building evaluation standard

From January 1, 2015, the new version of green building evaluation standard will be officially implemented. Industry insiders believe that the new standard will further standardize the market rules and competition order of the green building industry, drive the whole industrial chain to realize design and technological innovation, and the green housing industry is also expected to set off a new round of market reshuffle.

In contrast, the new green building evaluation standard adopts the method of itemized scoring. The total score of 45-50 is one star, 60 is two stars and 80 is three stars. At the same time, additional sub items are added in the new version of green building evaluation standards, and innovative green building projects will receive additional points in the evaluation.

The industry standard issued the evaluation of lighting equipment on human electromagnetic radiation

Recently, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and the industry standards committee approved and issued the industry standard of "evaluation of electromagnetic radiation of lighting equipment on human body", which will be implemented from April 1, 2015. This standard not only provides an important basis for enterprises to evaluate the electromagnetic radiation safety of lighting appliances, but also provides a reference for the public to correctly understand lighting equipment, which is helpful to improve health and safety awareness and eliminate public concerns.

It provides a reference for the evaluation of the electromagnetic lighting equipment, outdoor lighting equipment and other standards applicable to residential places, including how to keep consistent with the international standards for the use of electromagnetic lighting equipment and outdoor lighting equipment.

Automotive LED lighting applications require special SAE standards

SAE's LED lighting standards include two categories: component or LED package level standards, and system level standards that include the whole bulb, such as a signal lamp or headlamp (note that in the automotive industry, the so-called system level lighting product refers to a bulb, not a lamp). System level standards only cover the test and performance of bulbs. Other requirements relating to light sources are not covered. Led standards for automotive lighting applications involve various specific attributes such as lumen maintenance, reliability, working life and luminous spectrum.
