GB / T 1032-2012 test methods for three-phase asynchronous motors specifies the test requirements and test methods for three-phase asynchronous motors, which are applicable to three-phase asynchronous motors.
GB / T 1032-2012 is drafted according to the rules given in GB / T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB / T 1032-2005 test methods for three-phase asynchronous motors. Compared with GB / T 1032-2005, the main technical changes are as follows:
——The selection of megger is modified (see 5.1.1.2, table 1), and the measurement methods of absorption ratio and polarization index are added;
——5.1.2 measurement of other insulation resistance is added;
——6.6.3.4 other thermal test methods and other applicable methods specified in GB / T 21211-2007 are added, such as induction motor superposition (see 6 in GB / T 21211-2007) and induction motor equivalent load method (see 10 in GB / T 21211-2007);
——The no-load test method of winding star connected asymmetric voltage (EH star method) is added to measure the load stray loss of induction motor (see 10.6.6);
——The uncertainty of test method and efficiency measurement is added (see 11.1.2);
——Measurement of bearing current is added (see 12.12);
——Delete all contents that the load stray loss PS value at rated load is determined by 0.5% of the rated input power of the motor (see 2005)
——Version 9.5.4.3);
——Delete all contents of the stray loss PS value of load under rated load determined according to 9.5.4.2 (see 9.5.4.2 of 2005 Edition);
——Deleted Appendix D (see 2005 Edition);
