National standard and industry standard for indoor lighting LED fluorescent lamps.

1 scope


This standard specifies the definition, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of indoor lighting LED fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as LED fluorescent lamps).



This standard is applicable to the power supply of ac frequency (50-60)Hz, voltage (86-265)V power supply, which is used in conference room, underground parking lot, office space and other indoor lighting areas with LED fluorescent lamps.

3 terms and definitions


The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.


3.1


The LED fluorescent lamp (LED tube fluorescent light)


LED as light source, consistent with the traditional fluorescent lamp on the appearance of a kind of used for indoor general lighting combined ZhiGuanXing lighting lamps and lanterns, it consists of the LED modules, LED drive controller, the radiator aluminous profile, casing, thermal conductive adhesive tape, and two plug, can include lamp holder and lamp.


Note: according to SJ/T 11395-2009 << semiconductor lighting term >>, 3.9.5 term modification.


3.2


Initial values


The photoelectric parameter values measured by LED fluorescent lamp at 2 h without aging and under rated conditions.


Note: in accordance with GB/T 24826-2009 << ordinary lighting and led module >>, 2.36 terms are modified.


3.3


Rating (of a lamp)


A set of working conditions for LED fluorescent lamps and numerical values for specific parameters specified in working conditions by manufacturers and vendors.


Note: according to GB/T 2900.65, the term "lighting in electrician's term" is modified by the term "845-07-5".


3.4


Luminous efficacy of luminaire


The ratio of the total luminous flux to the power consumption of LED fluorescent lamp under the claim condition. In the case of lumen (lm)/ watt (W), it is referred to as light effect without confusion.

3.7


Lumen maintenance


LED fluorescent lamps are lit under specified conditions, and the ratio of the luminous flux to the initial luminous flux at a particular time during the lifetime is expressed as a percentage. For the convenience of testing, the light pass maintenance rate can be calculated by replacing the light flux with the illumination at the specified distance.


Note: according to GB/T 2900.65, the term "lighting in electrician's term" is modified by the term "8" 07-65.


3.8


Power factor of luminaire


The ratio of the actual consumption of LED fluorescent lamp to the rated power of the rated power supply voltage and rated frequency.

Product classification and labeling method.


4.1 product classification


LED fluorescent lamp can be divided into: warm white RN(color temperature is less than 3300K) and cold white RL(3300K < color temperature is less than 6500K).


4.2 labeling method


4.2.1 labeling rules.


The type and specification of LED fluorescent lamp are marked as follows:


XX LFL 30-10w RN.


Represents the lamp category: warm white is RN, cold white is RL, 2 bit code.


Indicates the rated power of the lamp is 3 bits.


Represents the tube diameter, with the specific millimeter value, 3 bit code.


Said the name of lamps and lanterns: LED fluorescent lamp (LED tube fluorescent light) for FL, two yards


Company abbreviation


4.2.2 labeling example.


The warm white diameter is 30mm, and the LED fluorescent lamp with rated power of 10W is XX LFL 30-10w RN.


5 technical requirements


5.1 work environment requirements.


LED fluorescent lamps should be able to start and burn normally under the following conditions:


A) : indoor temperature 25 ℃ ~ + 45 ℃;


B) the mean monthly air relative humidity: no greater than 90% (5 ℃ to 25 ℃ +);


C) the technical requirements shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user in the event that the above environment is in operation.


5.2 external dimensions


5.2.1 the main shape and size of LED fluorescent lamps shall be in accordance with the requirements of article 3.1 of GB10682 "ordinary lighting tube fluorescent lamp". It should be in accordance with the installation dimension of straight tube fluorescent lamp, which is in accordance with the installation requirements of straight tube fluorescent lamp holder.


5.2.2 when the above dimensions or dimensions are exceeded, the manufacturer and the customer shall agree together. Should comply with the manufacturer's design requirements. The structure should be easy to install.


5.3 appearance


5.3.1 the surface of the LED fluorescent lamp should be flat and smooth, without affecting the lighting performance and the use of scratches and other defects, and there shall be no sharp corners and burrs for the production, transportation, installation and use of the lamp. The sign of the lamp should be clear.


5.3.2 all the parts shall be installed, firm and reliable, and should not be loosened; The rotating parts should be able to rotate flexibly, with good contact and no axial movement.


5.3.3 the welding parts shall be flat and firm, without welding wear, virtual welding, spatter and other phenomena.


5.3.4 the lamp holder shall be fixed on both ends of the lamp. The pins on the end of the finished lamp should be installed with the corresponding lamp holder without distortion.


5.4 security


5.4.1LED fluorescent lamps should be able to work long, reliably and normally at rated power supply voltage and rated frequency, and do not cause harm to users and environment.


5.4.2 the general performance, safety and corresponding test requirements of LED fluorescent lamps shall comply with the provisions of GB 7000.1.


5.4.3 the safety and performance requirements of the control device of LED fluorescent lamps shall comply with GB 19510.14 and GB/T 24825.


5.4.4 the safety and performance requirements of LED modules for LED fluorescent lamps should comply with GB 24819 and GB/T 24823.


5.4.5 the safety requirements of the lamp holder/connector of LED fluorescent lamp shall comply with the provisions of GB 19651.3.


5.4.6 the photobiological safety requirements of LED fluorescent lamps shall comply with IEC 6247 and corresponding national standards.


5.5 electromagnetic compatibility


5.5.1 the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of LED fluorescent lamps should comply with GB 17743 and GB 17625.1.


5.5.2 the input current harmonics shall comply with the provisions of GB 17625.1-2003;


5.5.3 electromagnetic compatibility immunity should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18595-2001.


5.6 electrical properties of lamps.


5.6.1LED fluorescent lamps are normally opened and maintained at the rated power supply voltage and rated frequency.


5.6.2 when the LED fluorescent lamp works at the nominal rated power supply voltage and rated frequency, the difference between the actual consumption power and rated power should not be greater than 10%, and the power factor should not be less than 0.75.


5.7 life


The rated life of LED fluorescent lamp should not be less than 30 000 h.


5.8 main optical parameters.


The main light parameters shall conform to the provisions of table 1.

5.9 noise


LED fluorescent lamp should be able to ensure that the noise power is not greater than 45dB(A) under the rated working conditions.


5.10 the cooling


LED fluorescent lamp of the heat dissipation performance should be able to guarantee the rated working conditions, stable work, symmetrical center position of the LED junction temperature less than 60 ℃.


6 test methods


6.1 overall dimensions


The dimensions of the lamp should be checked by universal measuring tool or boundary current gauge. When measuring the diameter of the lamp, the precision of the measuring device should not be less than 0.1mm; The precision of the measuring device should not be less than 0.2mm when measuring the length of the lamp.


6.2 appearance


The surface quality of the lamp is inspected by visual inspection. The positioning and installation of the parts of the lamp, the rigidity of the parts, the flexibility of loose and rotating parts, and the quality of the connecting parts are checked by the control sample and the rotating joint. . Visual inspection is used for the distortion of pins on finished lamp ends.


6.3 safety (correspondence)


When the manufacturer is unable to provide effective and qualified test report or certification certificate, should be used according to the regulations of the GB7000.1 leakage tester or other safety test instrument on the whole the LED fluorescent lamp leakage current safety tests.


The power control device is tested in accordance with GB 19510.14 and GB/T 24825.


LED modules are tested according to GB 24819 and GB/T 24823.


LED modules are tested in accordance with GB 19651.3.


LED bulb lighting biosafety is tested in accordance with IEC 6247.


6.4 electromagnetic compatibility (correspondence)


The overall electromagnetic compatibility of LED fluorescent lamps is tested as follows when the manufacturer fails to provide effective and qualified test reports or certification certificates.


The input current harmonics are tested in accordance with the provisions of GB17625.1;


The radio harassment feature should be tested in accordance with GB 17743;


Electromagnetic compatibility immunity should be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 18595-2001.


6.5 electrical properties of lamps and lanterns.


At 25 ℃ + / - 1 ℃ ambient temperature, the regulated power supply (the same as the nominal voltage and frequency) and the LED fluorescent lamp access between accuracy is not less than 0.5 on the Richter scale ac-dc electric parameter tester, the LED fluorescent lamp is in normal work position, connect and adjust the supply voltage to the rating (such as nominal supply voltage range of lamps and lanterns, respectively to adjust to the power supply voltage range of the maximum and the minimum) the LED fluorescent lamp work 2 h, records of power and power factor value.


6.6 luminous flux maintenance and life.


6.6.1 the aging method of lamps and lanterns.


Lamps and lanterns of aging without forced ventilation, temperature control at 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ environment, according to the requirements specified in the normal lighting lamps and lanterns, according to the voltage applied to the lamps and lanterns of nominal rated voltage or nominal range of maximum voltage switching power supply, lamps and lanterns work at full power. In the aging process, the lamps shall be closed no less than 5 times in every 24 h, and the closing time shall be 10 min to 15 min, and the connection time shall be at least 10 mini intervals should be at least 30min. The number of samples is not less than 3. In the test, lamps and lanterns should not appear any fault, burn, otherwise unqualified.


6.6.2 calculation method of luminous flux maintenance and life measurement.


LED fluorescent lamps were selected, and the luminous flux at 0h and 2 000h was measured by the photometric distribution test method, and the maintenance rate of 2 000h was calculated. Between 2 000h-5000h, the maintenance rate was measured at intervals of 300 h. If the lamps still meet the requirements of 5,000 h, the test shall be terminated. Refer to appendix D in GB/T24824 "LED module test method" to calculate the starting value of 70% or 50% of the time, that is, the estimated life value of the lamp. The test environment temperature should be controlled in 25 ℃ + / - 1 ℃ under the condition of stable above 30 min.


6.7 main optical parameters.


6.7.1 color and color rendering index.


At 25 ℃ + / - 1 ℃ environment temperature and the rated voltage, rated frequency, the spectrum test system with integral measurement, lamps and lanterns of the sample into the integrating sphere, avoid direct light into the test probes, lamps and lanterns outside surface should be paste does not significantly affect the color temperature test of white cladding. Test after 0.5h.


6.7.2 light flux and light effect of lamps.


At 25 ℃ + / - 1 ℃ ambient temperature, measured with luminosity distribution test system. Firstly, the luminous flux and intensity distribution of the luminaires are tested, and the ratio of the luminous flux of the luminaire to the actual consumption power of the luminaire.


6.8 noise


According to GB/T 6882.


6.9 the cooling


The LED fluorescent lamp, under the rated working conditions, has been stable for 2h, and the temperature of the LED in the symmetrical center is measured according to the method specified in GB/T 14862-1993.


7 inspection rules


7.1 delivery inspection


The lamp of factory inspection should be drawn evenly from the same type of lamp produced in each shift. The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/ t2828.1-2003. The test items, sampling plan, inspection level and qualified quality level shall be stipulated in table 2.

7.2 type inspection


7.2.1 the lamp of type inspection shall be randomly selected from the factory inspection qualified lamp, and its test item, unqualified quality level, sampling quantity and unqualified judgment array shall be carried out according to table 3.


7.2.2 the type test shall not be less than once every half year. The luminous flux rate of not less than once a year, when to stop production for more than six months, or when the LED fluorescent lamp design, process or material changes or may affect its performance, should be routine inspection.


7.2.3 type inspection shall be carried out according to one sampling plan of GB/ t2829-2002, and its test items, unqualified quality level, sampling quantity and unqualified judgment array shall be carried out according to table 3.

8.1 marks


Product contamination control labeling requirements shall comply with SJ/T 11364.


Each luminaire shall be fixed with the product label in the appropriate and obvious position. The label shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T 13306. In addition, the following contents shall be marked on the product:


A) manufacturer's name and address;


B) product name and model;


C) product number and production date;


D) main technical parameters;


E) product standard number and relevant certification mark.


8.2 the packing


8.2.1 the outer wall of the packing box shall have the following marks:


A) product name, model number and quantity;


B) date of delivery;


C) external dimensions (mm * mm * mm) : length x width * height;


D) gross weight kg;


E) the words or signs such as "fear of rain", "no tumbling", "anti-pressure" and "anti-fall" shall conform to the provisions of GB/ t191-2000;


F) name and address of the manufacturer;


G) license number for safety signs.


8.2.2 the technical documents accompanying the product supply are as follows:


A) product qualification certificate;


B) product instructions shall be in accordance with GB 9969.1.


8.3 transportation


LED fluorescent lamps are not allowed to be subjected to severe mechanical shock and exposure during transportation.


8.4 the storage


The LED fluorescent lamp should be stored in the environment temperature 25 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, dry, clean and well ventilated warehouse, no corrosive medium.
