Interim provisions on energy conservation monitoring and management.

Chapter I general provisions

Chapter ii institutions and responsibilities.

Chapter iii monitoring contents and procedures.

Measures for certification of energy conservation monitoring institutions.



According to the requirements of the metrology law of the People's Republic of China and the provisional regulations on energy conservation management, to ensure the reliability and fairness of energy conservation monitoring. The certification and approval of the capabilities and functions of the energy conservation monitoring institutions shall be conducted as follows:



All energy saving monitoring bodies shall be subject to the approval and approval of metrological certification and monitoring functions to carry out energy conservation monitoring.



Ii. Necessary conditions for metrological certification of energy conservation monitoring institutions:

Iii. Necessary conditions for approval of monitoring functions of energy conservation monitoring institutions:

The monitoring functions of the energy conservation monitoring institutions shall be examined and determined by the provincial departments of energy conservation.



The national planning commission and the national bureau of technical supervision authorized the national energy conservation monitoring and management center, which is responsible for the certification and assessment of provincial and industry energy conservation monitoring institutions.
