1. Test reference basis for LED lamps:

Ii. Inspection items during testing:

1. Mechanical test:

Iii. Detection range.

This standard is applicable to the specification of uniform inspection items and inspection for the lamps and lanterns produced by the company. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking methods, packaging, transportation and storage conditions of LED lamps.

LED luminaire refers to the lighting fixture with LED as the luminescent device. Compared with the traditional lamps with high pressure sodium lamp and metal halide lamp, it has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and long life.

Iv. Inspection instructions:

1. Reliability test:

A) temperature rise test, maximum power consumption of lamps and lanterns in a specific temperature environment work when measuring the temperature of the specific components, besides according to the testing requirements to test components, drive IC, shell of lamps and lanterns, LED (foot lamp or LED heat sink), and other parts of fixed points. Records are recorded at intervals of 30 minutes until the temperature of each measurement unit is constant. The record includes the electrical time, the temperature of the measuring part, and the ambient temperature at that time. The record is shown in table 2 below.

B) switching power test is a switch cycle of 1 minute and 30 seconds under normal working conditions of lamps, and 100 times of continuous switch test, and record the working status of lamps and lanterns.

C) vibration test is to put the lamps and lanterns on the vibration table for 30 minutes to check whether the parts of the lamps and lanterns are loose and falling off, and whether the lamps can work normally.

D) check the function items of lamps and lanterns according to the specifications of lamps and lanterns in the reliability test.

2. Electrical parameters:

A) dc supply luminaries controlled by external power supply: voltage and current measured by voltage and ammeter.

(note: measuring current needs to measure LED single lamp and single color current record in schedule 1)

B) ac power supply lamps with built-in power control: measure the voltage, current, power, power factor and other parameters of the lamp with a digital power meter.

C) Ⅰ class of lamps and lanterns must do the electric strength, leakage current, insulation resistance testing. The resistance strength is 220V terminal and shell 1500V, 1min breakdown phenomenon. Leakage current is less than 1.0mA. Insulation resistance Ω 2 m or higher.

D) the safety grade of lamps can be divided into four types:

4. Optical performance parameters:

A) light intensity (CD) : distribution photometer can be used to measure light intensity distribution curve, isochromatic intensity curve and light intensity distribution data table.

B) luminous flux (lm) : the total luminous flux and effective luminous flux are subject to the test data of the spectral analysis system. The area luminous flux table and the band light flux table can be measured by the distribution photometer.

C) illumination (lux) : distribution of illumination, and other illumination curves can be measured by the distribution photometer.

D) color temperature (k): can be measured by spectral analysis system.

3. Structure appearance:

A) shell structure materials are generally copper, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, plastic PC or other.

B) the types of lamps and lanterns have so far been street lamps, lamp, tube lamp, tunnel lamp, bulb lamp, explosion-proof lamp, fluorescent lamp, etc.

Technical requirements.

1. Appearance structure

1) appearance requirements: uniform paint color, no pores, no cracks, no impurities; The coating must adhere tightly to the base material; The surface of each part of LED lamps should be smooth and smooth. There should be no defects such as scratches, cracks and deformation.

2) dimension requirement: the dimensions shall conform to the drawing requirements.

3) material requirements: the use materials and structural design of each part of the lamp shall conform to the drawing requirements.

4) the assembly requirements: lamps and lanterns on the surface of the fastening screw should tighten, edge should be no burr and sharp edge, all meet strong without shake, and, when necessary, the fastening of lamps and lanterns, connection and sealing requirements shall comply with section 4.12 GB7000.1-2002.

2. Environmental conditions

1) products in temperature 25 ℃ and 40 ℃ can reliable work.

2) product - 40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ in the temperature range reliable internal energy storage.

3) the product can work reliably in relative humidity less than 95%R.H.

4) the intermittent exposure of the product will not endanger the normal work of the product under vibration conditions.

5) the free fall of the product during handling will not endanger the normal work of the product.

6) the product can work reliably at atmospheric pressure of 86 ~ 106kPa.

3. Power supply

Rated voltage, 170 ~ 260V; Rated frequency, 50/60hz;

4. Performance requirements

1) LED lamps need to have good heat dissipation system, ensure the LED lamps work under normal circumstances, the aluminum base PCB temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃.

2) LED lamps should have over-temperature protection function.

3) LED lamps shall have control circuit exception protection, and LED lamps must be equipped with 3C or UL or VDE authentication circuit breakers to protect the circuit during abnormal times.

4) should have ability to resist LED abnormal work LED lamps and lanterns, LED lamps and lanterns namely, each LED series by an independent set of constant current source circuit drive, should guarantee the constant current circuit breakdown short-circuit exceptional circumstances have LED to the safe operation, and stable current.

5) LED lamps and lanterns should be moistureproof, platoon of respiratory function, internal circuit board must be moistureproof processing, LED lamps and lanterns of lamps and lanterns should be waterproof breathable respirator, ensure stabilized after one thousand be affected with damp be affected with damp inside the lamp work, and work on its own heat steam out.

5. Safety requirements

LED lamps should meet the requirements of GB7000.5, and the LED modules should meet the requirements of IEC62031, and the electronic control devices with ac or dc power supply should meet the requirements of iec 61347-2-13 and IEC62384.

6. Electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

The insertion loss, disturbance voltage, electromagnetic interference and harmonic current of LED street lamps should meet the requirements of GB17743 and GB17625.1.

7. Enclosure protection level.

Lamp protection grade, according to the requirements of the enclosure protection level (IP code) of gb4208-1993, check whether the structure of the lamp meets the design requirements.

8. Reliability of LED lamps.

The average working time of LED lamps should not be less than 50,000 hours.

9. Light source life of LED lamps.

The average life span of LED light source under normal operating conditions should be greater than 50,000 hours.

Note: 70% of the light flux below the initial assembly is considered to be the end of service life.

Vi. Product inspection.

1. Appearance structure inspection.

1) appearance inspection: visual inspection shall conform to the requirements of appearance.

2) size inspection: measuring with tape measure or similar tool, the size shall conform to the requirements of size.

3) material inspection: visual inspection, the material shall meet the requirements of the material.

4) assembly inspection: visual inspection, if necessary, through the test inspection in section 4.12 of gb7000.1-2002, the assembly shall comply with the requirements of assembly.

2. Performance inspection of lamps.

1) the electrical parameters of the lamps meet the parameters provided by the r&d department of the same product.

2) the optical parameters of the lamps meet the parameters provided by the r&d department of the same product.

3) the reliability test of the lamp conforms to the test provided by the r&d department of the same product.

Vii. Signs, labels and instructions.

1. Logo and label.

Each LED lamp sets a mark or nameplate in a prominent position, which contains the following contents:

A) model, code name and product standard number;

B) full name of product name;

C) full name and trademark of the manufacturer;

D) power factor;

E) working temperature;

F)IP protection level;

G) rated voltage, rated power, rated relevant color temperature, rated luminous flux and rated life;

2. Instruction manual.

The instruction manual for each LED lamp configuration shall give full information on how to use the equipment safely and correctly. Its information shall include the following:

A) block diagram of working principle;

B) main technical indicators;

C) installation drawings and requirements;

D) safety precautions;

Packaging, transportation and storage.

1, packing

1) inspection before packaging.

A) the product certification and technical documents, accessories and spare parts are complete;

B) packing list and random list of accessories are complete;

C) no damage to the appearance of the product;

D) there is no dust on the surface of the product.

2) packing

A) packing mark

The product package shall have the name, model, number and standard number of the product.

B) packing requirements

The products should be packed and packed, and the packing should be dustproof, rainproof, waterproof, moisture-proof and vibration proof.

2, transportation,

Products should be suitable for land, air and sea transportation. The transportation shall be operated according to the marks on the packing box. In transportation, there should be no violent vibration or impact.

3, storage

LED lamps shall be stored in warehouses with a relative humidity of less than 70%, without acid, alkali, salt and corrosive, explosive gas and dust, rain and snow.
