Green manufacturing is the only way for industrial transformation and upgrading. We will implement efficient and low-carbon transformation of energy use. We will accelerate the application of advanced and energy-efficient low-carbon technologies and equipment, increase energy efficiency and expand the proportion of new energy applications.
